Bad Product and App

The app no longer can find my printer and I have not changed any of my wi fi setting. Spending over an hour inputting the same information into the app and it still did not work. I bought my first Epson printer less than a year ago, I have only used it to print less than 100 pages. During the time I have had it I have purchased ink cartridges 3 times which is extreme. I have also contacted Epson and have been given little to no support with this matter. Buyer beware I do not plan to purchase any Epson products in the future.
