App Update Crashed my Safari Browser

I just updated this Epson iPrint app to version 6.0.5, dated 1/27/2016 and now, when I type in my iPhone 6 Safari browser web address bar, the Safari browser crashes, but still remains IF you press the home button, then it works as usual - however, my Apple News is no longer working now, which the Epson iPrint says minor bug fix, but now has destroyed my iPhone 6 functionality, which I will report directly to Apple Support, since Epson refuses to accept technical support for the apps or contact to report app crashes! I just purchased an Epson XP-424 printer to use this app for, so unsure IF it even works via Direct Wifi Mode, since it has crashed my iPhone 6 ability.
