Epson iPrint App Reviews

Not sure about the negative reviews but for me the setup was very easy, less than 5 minutes. You can scan directly to your smartphone where the document, photo, etc. can be stored or emailed. The app will also access your photos which can be printed directly. I also signed up for Epson connect, again less then five minutes, which will allow me to print anything on the printer from anywhere in the world where I can send an email. So now my printer has its own email address. Its a bit of a cumbersome email address, but during the set up process it sent me the email address so that I could add it to my contacts without having to remember it or risk making a typo. I will update this review if something comes up later but so far its very good.

Basic layout choice missing. Only selections are Border or Borderless or 4 or 2 up. No 100% or actual size. The image will be enlarged or reduced, but not print the intended size. This basic printer function not available. Ridiculous.

Just hooked up printer and downloaded app read the reviews so it motivated me to write one. Super easy, doesnt get much easier actually. Dont know why others were having problems.

I love this app and am so thankful for it. My printer is not iPrint, so I jokingly searched for a printer app and found this. I love it! P.S. After reading reviews I dont think Im going to update though. Lol.

I need to be able to print directly from Notes and other apps that Epson doesnt seem to recognize. Probably end up donating printer to Goodwill and getting an AirPrint compatible printer. Back to HP for me.

Missing the fine adjustments that the former app had...can no longer get a beautiful SHARP photo! EPSON, bring back the old one please! Disappointed in photo quality now!

When Im in email and go to print on iPad it does not work but if I go to a site like Google it does it does print what I what on my iPad it did before they update there apps I like to know when it work again. Hate this.

Does not recognize work force Epson printer when trying to print an email on iPhone 6. I bought this on recommendation that it would AirPrint. Glad I still have my HP. Cant open gmail account in Epson app either. Worthless app.

Was looking for an app that allowed me to print photos from my phone and iPad at home and this app worked perfectly! Set up was very easy to do. I was able to print and resize my photos right away in settings. Couldnt get easier. Highly recommend if you have an Epson printer at home.

Bought my basic Epson inkjet less than a year ago. Mostly printed and scanned from my iPhone or laptop (wireless). All pf a sudden today the connection stops working. Tried setting it up again but it flat out fails to even re-establish. Never buying Epson again!

Epson has excellent print quality but the wifi does not easily translate to an iPhone or iCloud it is more aligned with Google and Google cloud. It is very difficult to get adequate support to print photos

The reason I bought this product is photo printing from my iphone using epson iprint app. Doesnt work!

This app saved me when I got an iPad. My Epson Artisan wasnt that old but iOS couldnt find it on WiFi because it doesnt have AirPrint. This utility allows me to do everything Ive needed or wanted to do. Good job.

Just works. Real time saver.

This app is simply amazing. Its simply and it gets the job done quickly. If you have trouble finding your printer, just enter the IP manually.

why can not choose and print A4 size paper?!

I just updated this Epson iPrint app to version 6.0.5, dated 1/27/2016 and now, when I type in my iPhone 6 Safari browser web address bar, the Safari browser crashes, but still remains IF you press the home button, then it works as usual - however, my Apple News is no longer working now, which the Epson iPrint says minor bug fix, but now has destroyed my iPhone 6 functionality, which I will report directly to Apple Support, since Epson refuses to accept technical support for the apps or contact to report app crashes! I just purchased an Epson XP-424 printer to use this app for, so unsure IF it even works via Direct Wifi Mode, since it has crashed my iPhone 6 ability.

I have an older printer Epson workforce series printer. I love the fact I can print from website. Im still learning how to print though its my iPhone 4s, this app is not a iCloud air printer. So I have to save things to google drive and pull up whatever I saved to print from google drive. But I like that I can print from other air prints drives like drop box.

I installed the last update 1/27/16. Now the app cant find my printer ???? Not on WiFi or through IP address !!!! Whats going on ????

The update has now made the app worthless and unusable on both my iPad and iPhone 6s. Nice job.
