Extremely frustrating, just like Epson. Epson doesn’t care much about their customers (ever have a cartridge with ink in it whilst being repeatedly bleated at by the machine LYING & saying it’s empty ??? / then not even being able to just use black ink because this greedy company has your own machine block you over & over telling you to replace a color cartridge ??? ) Well, this app has all of those kinds of built in glitches as well. They also invade your privacy, collect your data - because of course YOU are the product and it’s up to you to tell THEM to back off and stop. When really they should never stick their noses into our homes via the machines we bought from them. And if you simply need to send a photo from your phone via Bluetooth to your Bluetooth enabled machine - you will find its next to impossible without involving the internet because Epson wants to to know what you are doing, when you are doing it and for how long, etc… on your personal, own machine. ( not leased, rented or otherwise from the nosy Epson corporation)
